General Conditions of Use – COMOOVA

1. Purpose
COMOOVA is a platform that connects parcel senders with travelers with free luggage space. Use of this service implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.


2. Access to the service
The user must be of legal age and provide accurate information when registering. COMOOVA reserves the right to suspend an account in the event of fraudulent or non-compliant behavior.


3. Role of COMOOVA
COMOOVA acts as an intermediary. We are neither the shipper nor the carrier. The transport contract is concluded directly between the shipper and the traveler.


4. Responsibilities
Each user is responsible for their actions and the contents of their packages. It is prohibited to send illegal, dangerous, or customs-prohibited items.


5. Payment and remuneration
The sender pays the traveler an agreed amount via the platform. COMOOVA may receive a commission on this transaction.


6. Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by one of the parties, COMOOVA will apply its refund or non-refund policy according to the conditions defined during the contact.


7. Personal data
Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The user can request the modification or deletion of their data at any time.


8. Applicable law
These conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
